Erda Trunk or Treat at Drive-In Theater

The drive in movie theater has a special free Halloween event every year for East Erda residents. They feed everyone dinner (hotdogs, hamburgers, chips, and soda), then everyone does a trunk or treat. Lastly they have a free movie.

I loved the kids costumes! Remi was a chicken because Siara loves chickens.

Locke was a cool police officer! He even had a pose. He was so social and unafraid while trick or treating.

He had the whole set up, a badge, handcuffs, and a baton.

Link was adorable! He was riding a dinosaur.

Link was a little overwhelmed though. He was very cautious, like in this video of the fireman and the firetruck. The masked firefighter sounded like Darth Vader breathing.

Nate and Siara’s trunk was awesome! They are so creative! Kids were crowded around it when I got there.

After Trunk or Treating, Siara and Nate had game night with their friends, so the kids and I stayed and watched the movie–the new Adam’s Family cartoon. I had brought Mom’s suv with the seats down and filled with blankets and pillows. We opened up the back and laid down and watched the movie together. The kids loved it. They snacked on their candy as we watched.
