House Closing

Siara and Nate closed on their house on February 12th. They signed the papers at Nate’s office. 

Their realtor, Jason, gave them really nice closing gift baskets. He gave the kids a package of cars from the movie Cars and a truck to put their cars in. He gave Remi an adorable stuffed animal. He gave Nate a super soft Bronco blanket, and he gave Siara and Nate an amazing Kneaders gift basket with bread, caramels, dipped pretzels, flowers, a gift card, hot chocolate, caramel corn, pancake mix, caramel pancake syrup, etc.

When they got the keys the next day, after the bank had  received their down payment, they immediately took over mattresses and spent the night on the floor in their basement. They were so excited to be home owners.
