Spring Break St. George Airbnb

We wanted to go somewhere warm where the kids could get outside and climb and play. We got an airbnb in St. George at the Las Palmas Resort.

The apartment had five beds so we were all covered. It also had a back yard with a patio because we were on the first floor. It also had toys, two bathrooms, three televisions, and plenty of space for all of us. If one person didn’t like what was on tv when we were resting then they could go to their room and watch something else. We brought lots of food so we didn’t have to eat out too much. It was a well set up kitchen with a big fridge.

The backyard had a spectacular view overlooking the city because we were on a hill. You can see the building and our patio below. It even had a grill.

We enjoyed the resort on our first day. There was a clubhouse with affordable snacks, a fun store, a large workout room, tv area, and a pool table. Outside the clubhouse there was a playground, several swimming pools (a warm outdoor kids pool, a huge outdoor unheated pool, a water slide pool (closed, and a huge indoor heated pool), jacuzzis, a splash pad (closed), pickle ball courts, shuffle board, basketball, bean bag toss, a large chess set, ping pong tables, etc. All the supplies for the activities could be checked out for free in the clubhouse.

We played pickleball for a bit, and Locke started getting really good.

Then the kids went swimming. The outside kids pool was shallow and warm, but it was more comfortable being in the warm inside pool this time of year. The kids especially liked the jacuzzi. It must have ha a lot of chlorine in it because it got really foamy. They thought that was great. Remi was a little reluctant to swim. I guess she needed to get used to it again.
