Shopping with Kids

Link loves little play houses and hats. It was hard to get him out of the house, and he’s so adorable in hats you’ve got to take a picture. 

Locke’s Preschool Christmas Program

Locke’s preschool class put on a Christmas program. They sang songs in reindeer hats. Locke knows the jingle bell song they are singing in the video below, but he got distracted by the cool bells and wanted to show his friends what he had.

After singing, they made crafts and ate food. Siara and Nate helped Locke make the ornament below. It has a ribbon inside it that is as tall as Locke was Christmas 2018

Luminaria

We went to see the walk-through Christmas lights at Thanksgiving Point Gardens. Beautiful, again! I only intended to take a few pictures, but the boys kept posing at spots and asking me to take their picture.

Remi was only a week old but she was very well bundled and seemed to enjoy the outing. 

Nate got the boys the deluxe package with free hot chocolate and flashing necklaces (which helped us keep track of them).

Cupping Therapy

Nate learned cupping therapy while doing his acupuncture classes. It draws blood into certain areas that need a little more circulation for healing. Locke is trying it out.

Dancing to Christmas Music

We put a youtube video of a fireplace with Christmas music and the boys danced. Link loves to dance. He always plays the music ringer at his Dad’s work so he can dance. 

After they danced, the boys jumped from things onto the pillows and the bean bag. They do this often. The kids also found my new funnels and made them into megaphones. The second funnel video shows his smiling, laughing personality.

Remi Martin Baby Blessing

Remi was blessed at the end of December. Siara got this cute white dress for her. Nate’s dad, Grandfather Martin, brother Jon, and John D. stood in to bless Remi. Nate blessed her to develop her faith and share it with others. He also blessed her to grow up to be a healthy, beautiful girl, youth, and woman.

After the blessing we went to our house for a family lunch. Siara had made yummy chicken salad and we had gotten some croissants, fruit and vegetable trays, and a cake at Costco. Nate’s dad and mom, Kenny, Jared and Stephanie, and Sandi and Jo and their children were there.
